Basically Eren will now heal from all injuries! Cuts will close themselves, broken bones will mend, etc. etc. This is accompanied by a noticeable heat in the regenerating area, with actual steam in the case of bigger injuries. He won't be able to grow back lost limbs yet, and major damage will take a fairly long time to heal and take a lot of energy.
